Dancetitude 2007

Went for Dancetitude 2007 at NTU juz now. Many thanks to KR who managed to get us some tix. Wow, these kids are good man!!

Then there was a tribute to IS... very touching... especially when everyone stood up to give him a standing ovation. Hope he could see it in heaven...

Had to go to HQ for a meeting this afternoon. Was chitchatting with some colleagues after work so ended up leaving late to go to NTU for class and kena caught in the traffic jam... took the pic below with my hp cos was bored of sitting in the jam. Quite nice hor?

Where's Everybody??

Was hungry at about 5pm, so decided to drive to J8 for some snacks. AM was on her way home so we met up for some tea and kaya toast at Ya Kun. Then shopped around for a while.

奇怪的是... the usually packed J8 was quite deserted.


没什么人... Where's everybody?? Gone overseas? Or all at home watching NDP?

好奇怪...

Singapore Maps at MapleSEA

Long time no play MapleStory till LD smsed to say that they were launching the Singapore maps on 2 Aug. So been mapling the last few days. There's also a quest to get a Singapore flag. Finally got the flags for my few characters! Cool! =) Check out Singapore in Maple land!

First, need to take a plane to Singapore:


Arrive at Changi Airport! Notice the bins? They're everywhere in all the maps!

Break The Code!

Formed a team with CH & EL today to play Break The Code. Kinda like Amazing Race... gotta solve puzzles along the way. The first question was quite tough!! But we managed to get it in the end, then solved the next few quite fast. But got stumped at a 3-D picture... none of us could see what it was... Was stuck at that station for ages!! Luckily the organiser, seeing so many teams stuck there, decided to 'share' the answer with us all.

Didn't manage to win one of the 3 XBox prizes but had great fun! Any more such races??

BEE Hoon

Almost ate a bee today!! Think I ate a few of it's legs tho... Check out the photo:

The bee was found in my plate of vegetarian (hey I'm supposed to be eating VEGETARIAN here!) bee hoon from Holland Food Centre. And when I showed it to the stall owner, she kinda juz brushed me aside!! Biang!! Talk about bad attitude! Didn't even apologise and offer a new plate, or refund... She should be grateful I didn't report her!!

Govt talking about upgrading the service industry standard? Think got long way to go man... sheesh!

Photoshop

Attended Photoshop course with CH for the past 3 days. The software is cool!! Check out some of the stuff we did!


So proud of myself!! Haha! Muz practice else will forget...... Target to go for Advanced Photoshop course next year! :)

好久不见

Am on course at CSC from 1 - 3 Aug. So arranged to meet up with JC teacher MC and classmate MS for lunch today cos they're working nearby. Supposed to meet up yest, but MC had meeting that ended late.

Haven't seen MC for a long time. And she still looks the same!! No change at all, except for a few strands of white hair. Hee hee! Great to see her though.

Then met TJ while we were eating! Also haven't seen her for almost a year! 这么巧 she's also on course at CSC. And she's preggy! Congrats! =)

Great to meet up with old frens! Even though haven't seen each other for a long time, still very comfortable talking to each other. 感觉很好!! Should meet up with old frens more frequently...
