Went to try out Sky Fitness at Harbourfront Tower 2 with MW yesterday afternoon. It was raining heavily when we got there. They gave us a trial yoga class, then assigned a personal trainer to us. So stretched out well at yoga class, then did some exercises with the personal trainer, which ended with a jog on the treadmill. Then went for a short massage. Pretty shiok! :)
After that, went back to HQ to play badminton with J, WW, PMT & AL. So had a good workout the whole day. But... ended with dinner at Newton, which of coz included unhealthy food like BBQ sambal stingray! So probably all the workout went to nothing :P
But still it was quite an enjoyable day! Think that's what tai-tais do everyday?
